Do I need to have any experience of any sort?

No experience or prior knowledge of IFS is required whatsoever. We will start from the very basics and work our way to fully meeting, understanding, & honoring your protectors. At the same time, this is a fast-paced challenge, if you want to get a head-start, you can start reading information on IFS or even do daily IFS meditations if you wish. There are a lot of good IFS resources on the internet!
