Your existing Parts, Parts Maps, journal entries, and previous sessions will remain in your account. You'll simply lose access to the Premium-only features, such as unlimited AI conversations with Sunny, automatic Parts Mapping, voice customization, and speech-to-speech sessions. The Free plan still includes unlimited Parts Maps, journaling, and chat with your Parts, along with a limited number of AI messages.
