All participants are eligible for a full refund of the IFS Bootcamp fee if the request is made within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the Bootcamp has not started yet. Once the Bootcamp has started, a full refund is no longer possible, irrespective of whether the participants have accessed course materials or participated in the course.
If you meet the refund policy requirements, you can. To request a refund, participants need to email our support team, providing their full name, the email address used for course registration, a copy of the purchase receipt, and a clear reason for their request for a refund.
All requests for refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the day the request is received. Refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment.
