The Mastering IFS Bootcamp focuses on working with your own protectors, which is the first half of the IFS protocol) and the IFS Exile Bootcamp focuses on the second half of the IFS protocol.

The Basics Bootcamp is like an introduction. It covers the basics of IFS, helps you recognize different parts of the Self, and shows how to start conversations with these parts. It's suitable for everyone, no matter how much you know about IFS.

IFS Exile Bootcamp, however, is a deeper dive. It unfolds over three modules, each exploring different aspects of our relationship with 'Exiles', a type of internal part. To take part in Exile Bootcamp, you need a good understanding of how to work with your Protectors. It's a transformative journey that really helps you connect with yourself. That's why we recommend completing the Basics Bootcamp before participating in the Exile Bootcamp.
