What is the refund policy for Inner Circle Membership?

We strive to provide a valuable experience for all our Inner Circle members. However, if you wish to request a refund, please review the following policy:

You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 48 hours of purchase, provided that you have not joined any workshops for free.

If you have joined any workshop, you will not be eligible for a full refund. However, you can request a partial refund within 14 days of purchase. The refunded amount will be calculated by deducting:

The cost of any workshops attended.

The prorated amount for the days the app membership was used.

No refunds will be issued after 14 days.

For refund requests, please email our support team with your full name, the email used for registration, and a copy of your purchase receipt. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.
